re Sent folder empty on iDevice.

Okay there is two sent Folder in you Mail file.

one is the sent folder/view you see when you open you mail in the Lotus Notes client. The second is a hidden Folder (Sent) this is the folder used by the Traveler service.

open you mail file on the lotus Notes Client with Ctrl+Shift and you will see both Folder/Views.

okay now copy all of the mails in you sent folder to the hidden (Sent) folder and then go check your iDevice.

You should see them appear on the iDevice.

confirm everything is working by sending a test mail and seening if it appears in the sent folder on the iDevice.
